Saint Sebastian

Regularly invoked against plague epidemics, Sebastian is one of the most represented Christian saints throughout the world. He is also the patron saint of archers and the artworks in the museum that represent him create a link between the archery collections and those of sacred art. From all geographical horizons, these painted, sculpted and engraved representations spread out from the medieval to the contemporary period.
